Today Plantronics has announced their newest Bluetooth mobile headset, the Marque M155. This is their smallest and lightest headset yet and plans to be your on-the-go best friend for mobile. Being one of the smartest headsets around it will allow users to talk and listen while continuing to tap, text, and swipe away on their Android-powered smartphones. Samsung Mobile Unpacked 2011 Google Episode announced
It's time for some Ice Cream Sandwich. Or at least that's what appears very likely for this October version of Samsung's continuing "Unpacked" series of keynote speeches, each one revealing something monstrously neato each time they appear. This newest episode will take place aside CTIA's Autumn show in San Diego, California, and is specifically titled "Google Episode", this meaning quite possibly that it'll be a rather tasty event, treats galore inside -- could it be Prime time?

Whoa, look what we have here folks. Thanks to an anonymous tipster that was lucky enough to snag a Google Nexus S on eBay we have our first look at Android Ice Cream Sandwich on video -- awesome. Yes this is a real look at Android 2.4 (or 4.0) Ice Cream Sandwich. Some users are already reporting the video to not be showing up so I've nicely snagged a few screenshots thanks to Engadget. Motorola Xoom finally will see 4G LTE upgrades starting tomorrow
Well folks, in case you'd lost hope or given up on old Motorola they've finally came through today -- just a bit late. Along with Verizon, Motorola will finally start offering the 4G LTE upgrades for the original Motorola Xoom starting tomorrow. The 3 month window has obviously long since passed, but better late than never right? Now we can start calling it the Xoom 4G -- More details after the break.

Google calls out Microsoft for extorting Android OEM’s, Microsoft says “Waaaah”
Earlier today, Microsoft and Samsung finally came to terms regarding their patent lawsuits. Just like previous lawsuits before them aimed at HTC and others Samsung will now owe Micro$oft money for every single Android handset sold. This has been going on for a while and not the first time we've heard from Google or their lawyers. Just last month we mentioned Microsoft makes 3 times more off these patent payouts from Android phone OEM's than they do from Windows Phone 7 as a whole.

ASUS Transformer Tablet receiving Android 3.2.1 OTA
This morning ASUS has started pushing an over the air update to the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer tablet bring the popular slate to build version 8.6.5.13 but the biggest thing here is the update is also pushing it to Honeycomb 3.2.1 too. The update as usual should provide plenty of enhancements, improvements and bug fixes and more details can be found below.

Cut The Rope is one of the best games for Android. When the popular and much talked about iOS game finally landed it caused a lot of stir in the world of Android too. Being first available on GetJar but with in-game ads many were hoping for something better. Then in June Cut The Rope hit the Android market ad-free and users everywhere rejoiced.

Today U.S. Cellular has just announced three new exciting Android products to their existing lineup. We have the HTC Wildfire S entry level smartphone, the HERO S, and the HTC Flyer Android 2.3 Gingerbread tablet. All devices will come running with Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will be available starting next month.

Today LG has officially announced their new higher end Android smartphone for MetroPCS. This may not be a top tier high end smartphone, but for MetroPCS it's one of the best they have to offer and is available now. Earlier last week the LG Esteem was first leaked online and it spilled the beans on all the details and specs including Gingerbread, and 4G LTE.
