Oh yes, we already knew that the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge will come in 24k gold, rose gold, and platinum. Those versions were from Goldgenie but another company based in Vietnam has shown off its very own gold-plated versions of the new flagship phones. Karalux specializes in gold-plating not only phones but also supercars.
This one is expected because the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge phones are both special that they deserve luxury treatment. The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge Karalux designed still feature the same 5.1-inch Super AMOLED screen, 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution, and Gorilla Glass 4 screen. This is the first pair of flagship phones by Samsung that uses the Korean giant’s very own Exynos 7420 process. It was a risk for Samsung to do that but the company knew what it was doing and looks like everything was worth it because of the positive reviews we’ve been reading lately: surviving a fire test, winning a durability test, passing more drop tests, and finishing off stress tests with flying colors.
The Galaxy S6 which was recently named the Top 1 in Performance by AnTuTu was also followed by the water-resistant dual-edge S6 edge in 2nd place. Still not convinced that either of the S6 or S6 edge should be your next Android phone, then maybe AndroidGameE’s speed test will.
Anyone with $380 to spare for the gold-plating service aside from the premium price of the phones can have the 24K gold Samsung Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 edge anytime from Karalux.
