OnePlus is expected to announce the OnePlus 3 this summer and we’ve been hearing more information and seeking leaked images a lot lately. We know that the next flagship will have 4GB RAM but a follow up report said that it will have 6GB RAM. Actually, there might be two variants according to recent rumors instead of just one.

The new OnePlus could also be accompanied by a new charging solution called Dash Charge if we are to follow the trademark filed. Earlier this month, prototype images were spotted and confirmed by another one. The last set of leaked images tells us that the phone will indeed use a USB Type C Port.

Launch date is drawing to a close so we won’t be surprised if more photos and information are published ahead. There won’t be an end to all those leaks until the official announcement but the latest render is believed to have come from OnePlus itself.

The OnePlus 3 render seems believable but it could also be just a decoy. Nothing much can be said about the upcoming OnePlus 3 except that the phone may remind you of an HTC phone which can then remind you of an iPhone. There’s also an earlier report that OnePlus would be removing the dual-tone flash and laser autofocus but would be bringing back the NFC.

OnePlus 3

Most details we’re hearing are confusing but one thing remains: there is a OnePlus 3. That’s clear and that won’t chance unless OnePlus delays the launch or pushes back for whatever reason. We’re still expecting that June unveiling and the following specs and features: Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, VOOC rapid-charging tech, 3000mAh battery, 6GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, and an AMOLED screen.
