A lot of OEMs are ending the year right by making last-minute announcements. As for Samsung, it’s making known its plan to unveil three new smartphones in the first month of 2019. We’re not talking about the Galaxy S10 variants because those will be unpacked come February. Next month in India, Samsung will be introducing three Galaxy M models to kickstart the new year. This particular release will begin the launch of the Galaxy M series to the global market.

Not many details are being shared but the Samsung Galaxy M series is expected to show off new industry-first features. Before the Galaxy S10, expect to see the following: the Samsung Galaxy M10, Samsung Galaxy M20, and Samsung Galaxy M30.

We mentioned the Galaxy M20 last week and said the 5000mAh battery-powered smartphone may be rolling out soon. We learned the Galaxy M30 could run on 4GB of RAM and an Exynos 7885 processor.

Some Samsung Galaxy M details were leaked last month. We were told the Galaxy M, together with the Galaxy A series, would remain. The three variants were spotted on Geekbench recently and after leaked images surfaced online confirming a headphone jack.

If not Galaxy M10, M20, or M30, Samsung may call the new phones as the Galaxy M1, Galaxy M2, and Galaxy M3. A Galaxy M50 (Galaxy M5) is also believed to join the three models.
