Gone are the days when you need to wait for 5 to 6 hours before your mobile phone’s battery reaches 100% charge. Some phones only need a few minutes to reach a significant level, good enough to power your device at least until you reach your home. The fastest we know so far is 2 to 5 minutes of fast charging batteries from Huawei. OPPO has introduced the Super VOOC Flash Charge technology recently too while MTK has the Pump Express. However, the most popular of all is the Quick Charge technology by Qualcomm.

Qualcomm introduced Quick Charge 3.0 in September 2015 but unfortunately, there are only a few devices that use the latest tech. Even the newest Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge don’t support it yet. The new Sony Xperia X and X Performance also don’t have it. So far, we only know the HTC One A9 in Europe,  Xiaomi Mi 5, Huawei Honor 5X, the new HTC 10, and the Aukey chargers compatible with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.

Qualcomm just shared a complete list of devices with Quick Charge 3.0 Technology. Here’s a rundown of those phones that can be charged more quickly than ever:

• HTC One A9
• General Mobile GM5
• HP Elite X3
• LeTV MAX Pro
• LG G5
• NuAns NEO
• Xiaomi Mi 5

These phones are capable of quick charging as long as a Quick Charge 3.0 certified power adapter is used. Aside from mobile devices, a bunch of other accessories like an adapter, charger, or power banks are already certified with Quick Charge 3.0 compatibility from brands like Aukey, Anker, APE Technology, Elecjar, Maxell, Oriental Hero, SEIWA, Sz Hunda, Tronsmart, Verus Peripheral, and Xpower.

Also listed are Certified Accessories from Maxell, Oriental Hero, SEIWA, Sz Hunda, Tronsmart, Verus Peripheral, and Xpower. Meanwhile, certified power controllers include some products from EOSMEM Corporation, Feature Integration Technology, ON Semiconductor, and Power Integrations.
