The Samsung Galaxy S6 may have been leaked, launched, and shown off already but we have yet to know when the latest Android flagship phone from South Korea will arrive in the United States. It’s not a question if it will come but just when it will launch in the country. According to a tipster, one who works from a major carrier, the Galaxy S6 will launch on April 11, the Saturday after Easter.
We’re still regarding this as a rumor but the the April 11 is said to be the launch date for all major US carriers. This means no more waiting for further announcements when this or that network will bring in the Android smartphone because Samsung is releasing the model to all carriers at the same time. Sources say that Samsung employees are already giving a demo of the Galaxy S6 to different carriers. We don’t know if the Galaxy S6 edge is included though. We just know the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge will be in “limited capacity” only.
We know this one will be another bestseller because the company already received 20 million pre-orders after the official launch– 15 million for the Galaxy S6 and five million for the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge. So much to expect from the new Galaxy series including the rugged and waterproof Galaxy S6 Active, accessories from Urban Armor Gear and OtterBox, a great OLED display, fingerprint sensor login to websites, and a removable battery.
Of course, we should be expecting good things from the phone that recently scored highest in a processor benchmark. Let’s just wait and see.

I hope Verizon ordered some of the Edge
I got to see them both on my hand and then decide if the normal S6 or the Edge. Also, I want it in gold premium color.
But when it comes to the date to when the smartphone will arrive in the shelves ..
