So if you’ve been following the Google Nexus news here with us you probably know all there is to know about the oddly-shaped Nexus 6P made by China-based outfit Huawei, and the smaller Nexus 5X made by LG. We’ve trotted out specs, more specs, a lot of leaks, rumors and images – so you probably know what to expect by tomorrow when Google officially unveils these smartphones. But here are some quick facts we gathered from the intarwebs before the launch.

First up, it is reported that these new phones will only be available via Google online, and not with carriers. This is to promote the Google Store, which also has Chromebooks, wearables and other Nexus-related accessories. Since both smartphones will be carrier agnostic, you can buy the unit from Google and just put in your SIM card. The Google Nexus 6P will reportedly be priced at USD$499.99 for the 32GB variant, but expect the 64GB and the monster 128GB to be more expensive. It will be available in U.S., UK, Ireland, Canada, and Japan, with the Japanese having exclusivity on the Gold-colored one. Other markets will have Aluminum, Graphite, and Frost.

The Google Nexus 5X will reportedly be priced at USD$379 for the 16GB variant, with the 32GB option costing more. This will be made available in the US, UK, Korea, Japan, and Ireland. Canada is curiously missing from this list, so people north of the border will supposedly only have the bigger Nexus to get this early. Maybe later, eh?

At USD$499, we think it’s a good price for the Nexus 6P where you’ll be getting that 5.7-inch WQHD display, the 3,450mAh battery, and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1. It’s rumored that both smartphones will be available for pre-order for the markets mentioned immediately after the launch which is just hours from now.
