We are all eyes on the Samsung Galaxy A9 simply because it’s the lone ‘A’ phone we have yet to see. The Galaxy A3, A5, A7, and the Galaxy A8 were already unveiled and we’re assuming the Galaxy A9 will be next. After the promo images leaked yesterday, here’s a hands-on video of what’s believed to be the A9. We started anticipating for this one since it was sighted on GeekBench powered by a Snapdragon 620 and discovered the specs.
A video was shared online showing off a Samsung Galaxy A9. This 6-inch phablet shown in the video looks like the one in those leaked images from yesterday. There’s a high probability that the phone is real. It was being compared against the newest Samsung Galaxy A7. The A9 is still believed to have a Full HD Super AMOLED screen, 1920 x 1080 resolution, microSD card slot, 3GB RAM, 1.8GHz Snapdragon 620 64-bit octa-core processor, Adreno 510 GPU, 32GB on-board storage, 4,000mAh battery, 13MP main camera, and an 8MP front-facing camera.
As for availability, we heard it will be ready in China first then Europe by this January. We’re not sure about the pricing too but we’re still looking at $463 so yeah, this can be considered a premium device already.
