The next phone for sale through Verizon is the DROID RAZR HD. This phone is $199.99 with a new contract. Its screen is bigger than the RAZR M, coming in at 4.7-inches. Like the RAZR M, it comes with Ice Cream Sandwich installed, but it is upgradable to Jelly Bean. It has a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM. It also has 16GB of internal storage.

The last new phone is the DROID RAZR MAXX HD which comes in at a hefty $299.99. Both this phone and the DROID RAZR HD feature a 4.7-inch 1280×720 screen.
