And another one. There’s no stopping the geeks in testing the limits of the new Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. We’ve seen the S7 edge dunked in the water and tested against dust in a Water and Dust Resistant test by Samsung. The S7 survived an underwater unboxing by T-Mobile and inside an LG Washer. The new Galaxy S7 series is the newest champion at DxOMark and continues to get positive reviews and high scores in several benchmarks. No doubt that Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are improved versions from last year.
We’re expecting the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge to star in more endurance test videos and frankly, we’re no longer anxious about the results. After watching dozens of nerve-wracking and heart-stopping videos, we’re getting a bit numb. You can say stress tests have become more entertaining now like that Ultimate Redmi Note 3 Glass Test by Xiaomi executives and the extreme scratch test on the Xiaomi Mi 5 also by the same company. Our reactions would be different though if we’re watching a drop test video because such is usually jaw-dropping.
Slickwraps did a new kind of test. Actually, it’s not really a test because it’s obvious that any phone would not survive being under a 400 ton hydraulic press. Watch the video below:
Shocking? No. After all the “oohs”, I managed to laugh when the phone started to bleed.
Yes, Batman. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge bleeds.
The smartphone was crushed and burnt. There’s no way any gadget could survive that weight and pressure. So instead of asking “Will it blend?” then perhaps we can ask now: “Will it bleed?”
