The idea of app launchers is nothing new. In fact, it’s probably one of the best things that ever came up on the mobile platform. We’ve featured dozens to hundreds of launchers since over six years ago. They usually function the same way: give quick access to your favorite apps. While some launchers offer other features, there are those that have become our faves like the Arrow Launcher, Nova Launcher, and Edge Launcher.

There are different launchers but each one focuses on different things. However, most work on widgets. We have’t seen anything though that works on games but there is one from Samsung recently discovered. Actually, the app seems to be in its testing or experimental phase. You can’t find it on the Play Store yet, only on the Galaxy Apps store. Samsung has not officially announced this one yet so yes, maybe it’s still an experiment.

Gamebox Launcher is ideal for those who are into gaming. If you’re one of those many people who kill time playing games instead of checking their their social media accounts, then you’re in for a treat. Gamebox Launcher also integrates Game Tools and Game Tuner by Samsung plus the EA Hub. Recommendations will be given by the launcher if you do not have enough games on your phone. If you want to search for new titles, you can easily access the games section on the launcher.

Aside from providing quick access to games, notifications and alerts can also be viewed in one place. The launcher can gather them so you can view all in one section. You can also check the battery, storage, and RAM status as the Gamebox Launcher keeps track of them.
