They may not be the the top computer technology company today but Lenovo is still one of the most trusted Chinese companies. It is always busy unveiling products left and right. The last products we heard about were the Smartcast and Magic View. Before those concept ideas, there’s also the Lenovo Cast, the budget smartphone S6 in India, and Lenovo P70 with 4,000 mAh battery also in India. This week, this Chinese manufacturer has unveiled the K3 Note in India with a very affordable price tag that reads $155.
This budget smartphone can very well rival the models from other Chinese companies like Meizu and Xiaomi who are offering units already equipped for LTE and Full HD display for under $200. Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 4G and the Meizu m1 note are two of the latest models that are similarly specced as the Lenovo K3 Note. Even the Lenovo-owned Motorola has the Moto G (2014).
The new Lenovo K3 Note comes equipped with a 5.5-inch full-HD display, 64-bit 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6572 CPU, 16GB built-in memory, 2GB RAM, microSD card slot for expansion, 5MP front-facing camera, 13MP main camera with dual-LED flash, LTE connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and a 3000mAh battery. The smartphone runs Lenovo Vibe 3.0 user interface and Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
Lenovo K3 Note is available in Pearl White, Laser Yellow, and Onyx Black versions. It will be available on Flipkart exclusively but there will be a flash sale on July 9. Registration is now open on Flipkart.com.
