Image renders of Samsung Galaxy S7 casing leaked

We’ve heard of several Galaxy S7 rumors already and most of them are actually related. We have no doubts but the official launch is far from today so some details are not really necessary. What we need are visuals just like the renders we saw a few months ago. That particular gallery isn’t as convincing as this latest set of what’s believe to be exclusive leaked images of the Galaxy S7/Galaxy S7 Plus.

Although we’re expecting for an S7 and S7 edge combo to be released first similar to the S6 duo revealed earlier this year, we can still consider Samsung to release an S7 and S7 Plus. The edge versions may come later. These images are not leaked by Samsung but rather were discovered coming from an accessory maker. ITSkins may have slipped some information and images but this particular leak gives us an idea that S7/S7 Plus will look similar to the S6 variants.

Rumor has it that bigger S7 Plus will boast of a 6-inch display screen and a build measuring 163.32 x 82.01 x 7.82 mm. Meanwhile, the smaller Galaxy S7 could only measure 143.37 x 70.8 x 6.94 mm. If you notice, that’s quite a huge difference on the height.

So no Galaxy S7 edge in Q1 2016? We’re not sure yet but perhaps Samsung is just releasing the curved edge variants on a different schedule. The S7 edge and S7 edge+ may arrive with the Galaxy Note 6–or not. We can’t believe we’re saying this but there may also not be an ‘edge’ variant. No, we’re not being negative but you see, Samsung is believed to working on a foldable phone. Instead of the “edge”, Samsung may be focusing on the “folds” for next year. Samsung may also be being more careful these days especially there’s the idea that it will be a tough year for the handset business.

Looking at the images, we can gather that the home button is now regtangular in shape compared to the old round button. The SIM slot is now on the side which could also be a microSD card slot too. We’re not sure about the specs, features, and dimensions but expect to hear more related rumors and leaks.
