HTC may have launched the One M9 already (yes, without the parentheses) but it’s not done launching new phones. Not that we’re certain about the HTC One E9 but information from @upleaks are usually accurate. And honestly, most leaks and rumors about upcoming HTC mobile devices turn out to be true so….
Rumor has it that an HTC One E9 will be introduced before March ends in China complete with a Quad HD display (1440 x 2560 pixel resolution), 5.5-inch screen, 2.0 GHz 64-bit 2.MediaTek octa-core MT6765 processor, 20 megapixel rear camera, 4 megapixel UltraPixel front-facing camera, 3GB RAM, 32GB built-in storage, and of course, Android 5.0 Lollipop with HTC Sense 7.0 UI. If this rumor is true, then the One E9 will be the first official Quad HD smartphone from HTC.
According to Upleaks, the HTC One E9, an obvious follow up to the One E8 introduced middle of last year, will be available in brown gold, metallic gray, or white rose gold. Upleaks even noted some possible accessories for the HTC One E9: a leather case, clear case, and a dotview case. Others are saying that this could just be the One M9 Plus but we’ll never know for sure until HTC makes an official announcement. Let’s wait and see.
