HTC is scheduled to announce a new smartphone on the 20th of September as teasers are being spread online. It’s believed to be the Desire 10 Lifestyle–the mid-range device which landed on GFXBench a few weeks ago. But in case you missed it, another mid-ranger entered the mobile arena in all its metal body glory. HTC has introduced the ONE A9s earlier this September as a slightly amped One A9.
The HTC ONE A9s’ release means good news for those who’ve been pinning for the One A9 as price of the latter is reduced down to $299. That’s a 40% decrease from the original $499 price. The unlocked version doesn’t have another pre-installed apps so you don’t have to worry about bloatware.
HTC One A9 unlocked edition is ready for your current T-Mobile or AT&T SIM. You can also choose to get another prepaid SIM so you don’t have to think about overcharges anymore. You are free to continue your plan or take advantage of a new prepaid plan.
To review, the HTC One A9 boasts of the usual sensors, Android 6.0 with HTC Sense, Qualcomm Snapdragon 617, 13MP main camera, HTC UltraPixel front-facing cam, 32GB storage, 3GB RAM, and a 215mAh battery. There’s also a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 2TB.
