We are getting closer to D-Day when Samsung will unveil the latest Galaxy S10 phones. The 10th Anniversary premium flagship smartphones from the South Korean tech giant will be a favorite subject at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2019) in Barcelona. We know it will be compared with other upcoming flagship devices. One variant that will be launched is a “Lite” version but Samsung isn’t calling it that. The Samsung Galaxy S10E will be the lesser expensive variant with lesser specs.
A new set of images appeared on Weibo and we think the photos are legit. They seem to be prototype images but we don’t doubt the authenticity.
The Galaxy S10E shows a camera hole in the front display for the selfie camera. This could also be the premium Galaxy S10 but the bootup screen pictured shows that it’s the Samsung Galaxy S10e.
So it’s a small ‘e’. It could mean anything but at this point, we’ll consider it as the lite variant.
New Samsung Galaxy S10E rendered images appeared online just a few days ago. We were told it could support WiFi 6 already according to an FCC document. We noted yesterday Galaxy S10 pre-order will begin right after the Unpacked event but sales will start on March 8.
