We’re still not sure if that special Starbucks event is happening today but we know Niantic Labs have many things in store for the fans. The game which recently received a minor update is said to be getting more monsters soon. No mention what new Pokemon characters will be called but we’ll get to know them starting on December 12.
Rumor has it that they will be from the Red/Blue/Yellow era but there’s also the possibility that they’re from Gold and Silver. If you may remember, the game already recently expanded the Nearby sightings and added Ditto which is a rare Pokemon. We’re guessing more will be added from the same generation.
We’d like to see those legendary Pokemon such as Mew, Mewtwo, Zapdos, Moltres,and Articuno but we won’t be surprised if not because they could be reserved for future special events. It would be more special if Niantic releases them in another time. Catching them would be interesting but maybe not just yet.
Right now, there are about 802 Pokemon available. More are expected to be added from Gold and Silver so fans have something to get excited about. If you grew up watching the series or playing the original game, you will be happy to know that Pokemon GO will soon show more monsters. Hopefully, those who left the game will come back and play again. You see, some people are losing interest so the company needs to think of ways on how to keep the gamers going.
Niantic will show off the new monsters this coming Monday. For now, we’re just preparing to go to the nearest Starbucks and see we can catch any new Pokemon and yeah, get a venti Americano.
