The Meizu Pro 7 renders were leaked online a couple of months ago but looks like it won’t be a ‘7’ just yet. A Meizu Pro 6s was recently sighted on AnTuTu with some of the specs and features listed. We’re guessing Meizu is trying to avoid a similar fate as Samsung who decided to skip ‘6’ to move to ‘7’ for its Note series. Sadly, the Note 7 became an epic fail.
Putting name-game aside, the next Meizu flagship phone is believed to be released very soon. Smartphone is said to have a Helio X25 processor, 1080p Full HD display, 4GB RAM, 32G onboard storage, 21MP rear camera, and a 5MP front-facing shooter. The Meizu Pro 6S is expected to run Android 6.0 Marshmallow when it launches next week on November 3.
There are a number of Meizu Pro smartphones already. There’s the Meizu Pro 6, Pro 5, and now we’re anticipating for the model that is described to be ‘Pro than Pro‘.
It’s a Pro phone so expect high specs and premium features. It may arrive with the Meizu M5 mid-range or be released in the market with the M3 Max that was recently launched in China. Not much details have been shared yet but there’s the idea that this is actually the same Meizu M96 spotted a few months ago. What do you think?
