US Cellular has announced the immediate availability of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear. The carrier had confirmed the release back in early-September, however like we often see, they choose to keep the specific release date quiet until today. That aside though, the phablet and smartphone have both arrived as we have expected. That is to say, with now familiar price points.
Beginning first with the Galaxy Note 3. US Cellular will have this available for $299.99 with a two-year agreement. Unlike other carriers though, the US Cellular Galaxy Note 3 will only be available in Jet Black. Shifting over to the Galaxy Gear and we find another price point of $299.99.
Though, the Galaxy Gear does not require any commitment. US Cellular will have the Galaxy Gear available in two colors; Jet Black to match the phone and also in Oatmeal Beige. One point to remember with the Galaxy Gear, while it doesn’t require a two-year agreement, at this time the only handset that has support is the Note 3.
Anyway, those considering a purchase of one or both of these devices may be looking for additional information.
