Samsung has recently announced a new Android smartphone in South Korea. It is called the Galaxy A9 Pro (2019) but we think it’s really just the Samsung Galaxy A8s. This could be the Korean and international version while the Galaxy A8s is the Chinese variant. Samsung said this Galaxy A9 Pro is the first Galaxy device to be equipped with an ‘Infinity-O’ display. We know the Galaxy A8s has the Infinity-O screen already so this two could be one and the same.

The Infinity-O Display technology launched last November. The Galaxy A8s soon hit the FCC with the Infinity-O cutout and camera-hole display. The phone also went up for pre-order in China and now, the device is ready in Korea.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro comes equipped with a screen with a 19.5-to-9 ratio, 24MP + 10MP telephoto + 5MP depth-of-field triple cameras. Also included are the following: Live focus function, intelligent camera, and pro lighting.

Samsung’s Galaxy A9 Pro is powered by a 3400mAh battery, 6GB RAM, and 128GB onboard storage. Expect the latest Bixby to make the phone more intelligent than ever.

Color options of the Galaxy A9 Pro are as follows: Blue, Black, and Absolute Black. Pricing starts at 599,500 won which is about $535.

The phone will be out on the 28th of February. If you sign-up via the Samsung Members app until March 31, Samsung will be giving you a free 10,000mAh genuine battery pack.
