Pokemon GO will remain a hot topic among the gamers and within the mobile industry until majority of the people decide that it’s old news. We’re not sure when it will happen but while it’s trending, we won’t stop checking out new stuff for the augmented reality adventure. We’ve featured a number of related apps and products already including the PokeNotify, Pokédetector, PokéTracker, and the Pokedex case plus powerbank combo.
For the hard core trainer-wannabe, there are hacks, cheats, tricks, and tips available. However, we’re not recommending that you cheat because Nintendo and Niantic may find out and you’ll be banned from the game. But how is it possible to NOT cheat when there are a lot of resources and tools being introduced? It’s difficult as new ones are being unveiled each day. The latest of which is the Poke Radar. There are similar apps available and we believe this won’t be the last of its kind.
It’s really forbidden to use any third-party apps like the Poke Radar to track if a Pokemon is nearby. Nintendo and Niantic made it clear that it is against the original specifications of the game. But can we stop you from using such? We can’t and we won’t. We’ll just be here to introduce you to new apps and remind you do things AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Poke Radar is simply a Pokemon GO Radar that lets you know whenever a pocket monster is near. You still need to place markers for your location on the maps or the area you have already explored. The app used to be listed on the Play Store but the link is now inaccessible. You can still get it though from a Reddit thread.
The idea of the app really is to share information. With other users sharing data and sightings, it should be accurate and very helpful. There’s the risk of being banned by Niantic so we suggest that you don’t use the app with your main account. Perhaps it’s best if you use another mobile device when using Poke Radar and similar apps. This way, Niantic won’t be able to see your other activities.
We’re expecting more Pokemon trackers and related features to be revealed. To be updated with more tips and information about Pokemon GO, please do follow @TeamPokemonGO Twitter account. if the tracking in Pokemon go wasn’t so bad and there were more poke stops where i lived and i had a shit load of pokeballs then i wouldn’t use it but until they fix that then im going to use it.
