We have seen the Olivetti Olipad before but back then it was just the 100 and it was not running Honeycomb. Then a few weeks ago some beautiful pictures of the much improved and updated Olipad 110 surfaced and you can read about that here. Today we have some hands-on video of the Olivetti Olipad 110 running Android 3.1 Honeycomb.

Since this is Italy’s first tablet manufacturer the video is all in Italian so unless you speak Italian the video is mainly just for your viewing pleasure. It features the same impressive hardware we have been seeing of late for Honeycomb tablets like a Nvidia dual-core Tegra 2 1 Ghz CPU, 10″ display, front and rear cameras as well as 16GB of storage and 1GB of RAM. You can read all the specs here.

The video below doesn’t show us much we haven’t already seen before, but another Android 3.1 tablet to tighten the competition and hopefully lower prices is always a good thing right? Check out the video below for some hands-on with the Olipad 110 and near the end they show the hardware for you all to drool over. Pricing is said to be set at 399 euros or around $549 if my calculations are correct and we may see this device as early as July, hopefully they drop that price to better compete with tablets such as the Asus Transformer.
