The Olivetti Olipad 110 popped up last month sporting the same specs we’ve seen on just about every Honeycomb tablet. The Olipad 110 was spotted recently in Brazil, and with it the Olipad 70. With plenty of other tablets around in both size factors with similar specs we’ll have to see if these new-comers have anything to offer over the other tablets from bigger manufacturers.

The Olipad 110 is a 10.1″ Honeycomb 3.1 tablet with, you guessed it, a Tegra 2 processor, 1280×800 screen, and 1 GB of RAM. With a rumored price of $550 for the version packing 16 GB of memory I personally don’t see this tablet bringing much that isn’t already around. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is thinner, the XOOM is better supported, and the Transformer offers more connectivity.

The Olipad 70 enters a less crowded market. We also don’t know much about the specs it will have. What we do know is that it will be a WiFi model, and runs Gingerbread. This puts it in the running against the HTC Flyer and original Samsung Galaxy Tab.

The tablets were displayed at Eletrolarshow in Brazil (as seen in the video above). Unfortunately Google Translate doesn’t work on entire Youtube clips yet, but as of now we don’t know a release date. Are any of you looking forward to this tablet? It seems like Olivetti’s entering the game this late with the same rough price point and no killer features.
