Upleaks is at it again. Following the HTC One M9 Plus image leaks by OnLeaks, that Beijing event invite, and a set of images also from Upleaks, this mystery Chinese leaker has posted new images on his Twitter timeline. He has dropped hints that China Mobile will have it without an on-screen key and it will come in silver and gold. The images look so legit and very close to the usual press images we see from brands.
Of course, the smartphone looks a lot like the ordinary HTC One M9. The latest flagship smartphone started selling in Taiwan last month and released in the US only last March 27 , and after appearing in several websites. It has since been receiving mixed reviews including a series of stress tests. The HTC One M9 can survive several drops but it doesn’t hold up in water.
The HTC One M9 Plus is expected to be bigger and better than the HTC One M9. The ‘Plus’ in the name could mean a lot of things but there will definitely be enhancements and additions like a fingerprint reader. The phone doesn’t actually appear bigger but the camera module looks bigger according to a previous leak. The metallic finish definitely makes the HTC phone classy and beautiful. We’ll see when the phone launches this April 8 in Beijing.
