If you’re in the reach of the regional carrier US Cellular‘s 4G LTE services they have a brand new phone available today that’s worth checking out. Being nearly identical to the recently released Motorola DROID RAZR M on Verizon, the Electrify M is an impressive budget-priced 4.3-inch smartphone that is anything but a budget handset. Read on for full details below.
Announced earlier this month, the Motorola Electrify M comes complete with an edge-to-edge 4.3-inch qHD 540×960 AMOLED display. One that actually looks pretty impressive on such a small phone thanks to having nearly no bezel on the edge-to-edge design. For more details on the very similar DROID RAZR M here’s our review.
The Electrify M will also come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and a beefy 2,000 mAh battery — which is pretty impressive for such a small, thin, and sleek smartphone. You’ll also get an 8 megapixel rear camera with 1080p video, 1.3 front shooter, NFC capabilities, as well as Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich all for $99 — after a quick $100 mail in rebate.
Being a 4G LTE device, this will take advantage of US Cellular’s 4G LTE network, but for those not in an LTE area the price actually sadly increases to $149 after that same MIR. We were huge fans of the Motorola DROID RAZR M, and this phone is nearly identical aside from a few cosmetic changes on the outside. It’s available starting today from US Cellular online, and will be in stores tomorrow morning. Who’s buying?

But is Motorola going to support this for more than 6 months?
