Meizu is busy preparing more phones for release and it includes the upcoming flagship–the MX5 Pro. It was recently sighed on TENAA which means the smartphone is arriving very soon. After the m2 note, Meilan m1, and the new m1 note variant, Meizu is expected to unveil the MX5 Pro this month.
We’re heard some details before but there’s a new rumor that it will feature a 6-inch screen with 2k resolution and will be powered by a Samsung 7420 chipset. Having the Exynos processor inside could make it as fast as the Samsung Galaxy S6 or maybe even faster.
Other specs of the phone include an oval shaped home button for fingerprint recognition, 4GB RAM, a 20MP Sony sensor, and a 4000mAh capacity. The specs are impressive but we have yet to know if everything is true when smartphone rolls out sometime in July.
Leaked images of the Meizu MX5 Pro were shared online, showing us the phone’s metal frame and a double glass design. The phone seems bezel-less so the screen is really something to be excited about. Actually, we have high expectations from the Meizu MX5 Pro because it’s the Meizu MX4‘s successor. If you may remember, the Meizu MX4 was considered as one of the best Android smartphones last year by AnTuTu. Well, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge soon took over the top spots but the Meizu MX5 Pro could very well rival the two if indeed the phone is better than the MX4. We’ll see about that.
