LG seems to be favoring the selfie addicts now especially after the LG G4 and the LG G4 Beat with their 5MP front-facing camera and the Gesture Shot and Selfie Flash features were launched. Newly introduced is another selfie-centric smartphone called the LG Bello II. This new LG phone could possibly rival other selfie devices like the Acer S59, Sony Lavender, Huawei P8 Lite, and the Samsung Galaxy J5.
The new LG Bello II is another mid-range phone that boasts 3G connectivity, a huge 5.0-inch display screen, and a 2540mAh replaceable battery. Phone will be available in India and Latin America initially with scheduled launch in CIS (Russia) and Europe and probably the rest of Asia the next quarter. No word if unit will be available in the United States but we don’t see any reason why not.
Making this phone great for selfie addicts is the Selfie Flash and Gesture Shot features. LG has introduced such technology in the G series and it’s carrying over most features now even to the mid-range models. The Selfie Flash turns the phone display into a soft flash when taking self-portraits for a clearer image. The Gesture Shot makes taking selfies easier and without having to press any button.
The LG Bello II looks like a premium smartphone with its metallic edge and the Spin Hairline pattern accents. On the rear cover, you’ll see a stunning circular pattern. Comfort isn’t compromised as texture and grip have been improved as well. This Android device comes equipped with the following: 5.0-inch FWVGA display, 854 x 480 resolution, 1.3GHz Quad-Core chipset, 8GB built-in storage, 1GB RAM, microSD card slot, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi, and a removable 2540mAh battery.
Phone already runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box. You can choose from either a Single SIM or Dual SIM model in three colors: gold, white, or titan.
