In a new effort by Huawei we have been seeing some nice products headed to the market and today’s leak is no different. The Huawei Honor has been leaked thanks to a sneaky ninja and his blurrycam. Recently we saw the Huawei Vision and now with the Honor it appears as if Huawei is aiming to up their game.
In the recent past they’ve been known for a few of the “cheaper” or far mid-range products but this latest phone is changing that tune with this latest picture. At first glance I thought it was a Galaxy S or the Samsung Vibrant (lawsuit), but upon a closer look you’ll spot the differences. While the design is similar it is what’s under the hood that matters.
The Huawei Honor has a 4.0″ display, 1.4 Ghz processor (not sure if single or dual-core), Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a huge 1930 mAh battery. On the rear we have a 5MP camera with 720p video capture all wrapped in a thin 9.9mm package. From the photo it appears to be running a close to stock Android experience and hopefully we will be hearing more shortly.
If Huawei is on hand at this years IFA event we should get more details as Android Community will be LIVE in Berlin for this years IFA 2011.
