Facebook continues to innovate Messenger as one of its most popular spin-offs. The IM chat app is getting many rivals but it remains to be one of most frequently used today. It’s easy and faster to use. Sometimes, it’s even faster than email. It’s also fun to use with those stickers, emoticons, animations, and games. Other features like Instant Articles, Group Calling, and chatbots that make it more interesting.

Earlier this year, Facebook rolled out the Flick Hoops as fun game you can play within a Messenger conversation. And now, the top social network is introducing more games you can play on Messenger. Some of the games available include Words with Friends: Frenzy, TRACK & FIELD 100M, SPACE INVADERS, Galaga, EverWing, and PAC-MAN. These are the titles we’re all familiar with. We’re assuming Facebook added them because they are easy to play and control. We’re also guessing one reason could be because each game is lite and not too graphic-heavy.

The Facebook Messenger Instant Games will be available in 30 countries for both Android and iOS. To play, launch a conversation with a contact and then click on the game controller icon you see. You can challenge your other friends or choose to play solo.

At present, there are about a billion Messenger users taking advantage of the instant messaging app each month. Aside from chat and voice calls, you can connect with your friends by playing games on Messenger with them. It’s just one way of spending time and cultivating relationships with those people that matter to you.
