Intruder Alert. Intruder Alert. Some people want similar security for their Android devices so they become less attractive to thieves. A new app called the CaughtU Pro will probably discourage snatching and theft because it takes photos of anyone who’s been trying to access your phone. It’s another security app that helps the owner to find his lost smartphone. If not, at least, have an idea who has his phone or who was last person who accessed it.
The CaughtU Pro is similar to the CM Securtiy, Theftie, TekTrak, and Lookout apps we’ve featured before. Like these apps, the CaughtU Pro will take photos of the intruder. This one though, sends you information about the location of the phone, position of the device, and a photo of the person who stole or found your phone.
The phone automatically tells the original owner if incorrect password has been entered on an Android device using GPS and the front camera. Getting information on the location of the phone or seeing a photo of someone who probably took your phone will be more helpful.
How does this work? Just like the previous similar apps we’ve seen, the app will automatically take a photo of the user once incorrect password has been entered. It’s up to you to decide how many times before a photo should be taken. To send you email, the device needs to be connected to the Internet. If it’s not connected to the Internet, the phone will turn on internet connection automatically once password is entered incorrectly. The app can also upload the photo of the the illegal user to Google Drive.
You can also choose to display warning information to contact you if smartphone has been found.
