Almost four months of being in beta, the Arrow Launcher is finally available for public download. This is Microsoft‘s very own launcher developed by the Microsoft Garage Project team. Arrow Launcher joins the Parchi, Picturesque Lock Screen, Send, Tossup, Next Lockscreen, and Keyboard for Excel for being adopted into the Android community. This app for Android promises a simple launcher experience that makes it easier to search and open frequently used apps.
This Microsoft Garage Project launcher lets the user be more productivity whether at home, school, or the office. It remembers the apps you often use so the next time you use your phone at a certain time, it will easily show the tasks or programs the launcher “thinks” you will use. App learns from the user so less time is spent actually finding and opening apps.
App can remember and personalize phone experience for you based on your usage habits. Arrow can arrange the apps automatically based on the frequency of use. It also features a ‘Recent’ section where you can get back to the last task you were doing. ‘Reminders’ will show you what you need to accomplish while the ‘People’ feature remembers your favorite contacts.
Arrow Launcher also lets you set a page as your home page, show or hide a page, and re-arrange pages as needed. You can integrate this app with your other widgets so you can see them on just one location. Other special features of the Arrow include Bing and custom wallpapers, 3rd-party icon pack support, and a customizable dock for your convenience.
