The BLU VIVO Go Android 9 Pie Go edition was the last mobile device we featured from the Chinese OEM. The smartphone hit Amazon ready with a more affordable price. We also remember the BLU Vivo XL4, BLU C6, BLU GRAND M3, BLU Vivo One, and BLU Vivo X. And around the same time last year, there’s the BLU Pure View and BLU R2 Plus. This week, the BLU VIVO XI+ is getting a serving of the Android 9 Pie.
The BLU VIVO XI+ was introduced last August with premium level specs and mid-range price. Android 9 arriving is an important development because this means the Chinese OEM cares about phone updates.
The BLU VIVO Go won’t be the only Android 9 Pie phone from the company as the BLU VIVO XI+ is getting the same. It’s a Beta update which proves the BLU team is going the right direction.
BLU made the announcement over on Twitter with a link to its official Android Software Updates page. Android 9.0 Pie Beta Program for the VIVO XI+ is still not final but feel free to try and see for yourself the difference.
The BLU Beta Software Program is open to all VIVO XI+ owners. Sign-up first on the link provided to begin.
