After T-Mobile’s HTC One M8, the 2nd-gen Moto E, Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A, Sony Xperia Z2 and Z3, HTC One M7 Developer Edition, Android One and Nexus devices, Russian Samsung Galaxy S4, and the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5 getting the sweet Android 5.0 Lollipop, the LG G3 from AT&T and the LG G Pro 2 (Europe and Asia) are finally receiving the software update.
This news came after South Korea got the official Lollipop update for the LG G Pro 2. As expected, the smartphone will get Material Design elements, better security, improved performance, and rich notifications once Android 5.0 is installed. The latest release is for Europe but Hungary is said to get the update first. Software update is now ready OTA(over-the-air). Make sure you have at least 640MB of space on your LG G Pro 2. We also heard that Taiwan will get the Android 5.0 Lollipop treatment for the LG G Pro 2 in the next few days and other countries in Asia will soon follow.
In the United States, the LG G3 from AT&T is also getting a taste of Lollipop. The mobile carrier released the update for the LG G3 (D850) but it will be pushed to customers via WiFi only (Firmware Over the Air). The official update includes stability improvements, Google setup wizard, and Android 5.0 features. There shouldn’t be any problem with updating but to be sure, AT&T recommends users to back up files before finally upgrading. Make sure you have at least 689MB of free space on your LG G3.

Lg must be joking… Hungary doesn’t even have/had official sellers for the gPro2! And What about the normal G2 which was sold in every corner here in hungary?? Lg is a joke
Its size won’t be for everyone, and we do wish LG would take a closer look at the audio side of things, but there’s no denying that its high-res capabilities, mixed in with a stunning video performance, great design and superb user experience make it a very tempting choice.
