Viliv X7 and X10 Android tablets due Q1 2011

Viliv has outed its pair of Android tablets at CES 2011 this week, the 7-inch X7 and the 10.2-inch X10. Each runs at 1024 x 600 resolution on a 1GHz Samsung Cortex A8 processor, has a capacitive touchscreen and WiFi b/g/n. There’s also optional 3G HSPA or WiMAX or EVDO wireless conenctivity, Bluetooth and GPS, plus a rear 3-megapixel camera and a front 1.3-megapixel webcam.

Connectivity includes HDMI, microUSB and a microSD card slot; internal storage is 8GB, 16GB or 32GB while RAM is 512MB. Sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light, and digital compass. The X7 has a 5,600 mAh battery, good Viliv says for up to 9.5hrs runtime, while the X10 has an 8,300 mAh battery, good for over 10hrs.

Viliv hasn’t confirmed whether the slates will run Froyo or Honeycomb when they launch, though given rumors about Honeycomb’s hardware requirements they may be forced to use the older OS. No pricing, but the X7 will arrive in March 2011 and the X10 in April 2011.
