If you're a fan of those Motorola DROID RAZR smartphones then today is a good day. Verizon and Motorola have officially released their new and impressive 4.7-inch RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD smartphones onto the world. In case you didn't know, the MAXX version has a massive battery for truly all day battery life. Check out Motorola's latest TV ad below.

The all new RAZR HD and MAXX HD are available today, right this minute online and at your nearest Verizon store. If you'd like to see more of the hardware and software you'll certainly want to take a peek at our RAZR HD hands-on and unboxing. The MAXX HD however, sports a long-lasting 3,300 mAh battery and Motorola wants to share that with the world.

The MAXX HD isn't much different from the original in terms of battery, we still have the same 3,300 mAh battery for all day usage. This will be enough juice for the most hardcore gamers, Angry Birds or Words With Friends players, business folks on the go and more. This time around you get all that in a better, more powerful smartphone.

The RAZR MAXX HD comes with a 4.7-inch 1280x720p HD AMOLED display, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 1.5 GHz dual-core S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a micro-SD slot and of course that RAZR thin design. They've managed to improve the specs in all areas, keep the massive battery in-tact, the thin design remains, yet you'll still get up to 32 hours of battery life. Impressive Motorola! Now we just wish more manufacturers would do the same (hint: HTC). Neat little commercial though right? It's full of hipsters.

That was a terrible commercial. It needed to show how long each user could do their “thing” rather than a small tag line at the end. The MAX’s Battery life is so outstanding, most users (read iphone users) can conceive how long the MAX will last.
