Sodium at the ready, but according to Mobile-Review – the site of perpetual insider Eldar Murtazin – Google has opted to work with Motorola on the first Android 3.0 tablet. Supposedly the unannounced Motorola MOTOPAD will be the first 3.0 slate, specifically a 7-inch model.

That seemingly implies that Motorola will eventually have more than one MOTOPAD in their line-up, with a 10-inch iPad rival seeming the most likely alternative. There have been plenty of Motorola tablet rumors so far, but we have heard specific tidbits about Google and Motorola working together on larger-screen Android devices.
