The Motorola Charm is one of those devices you either love, or love to hate. It has one of the most unique form factors, at least when it comes to Android, and there’s either going to be people wanting that full QWERTY keyboard or skipping it without a second look. Either way, you’ll be able to decide for yourself when August begins to come to an end.

Thanks to Motorola’s Facebook page, we now have a confirmation of a release date, and a price. The release date, as mentioned in the title, is August 25th. As for the price, we had previously hear that it would be free on a new, two-year contract, but that’s not the case. $75 will get you the new Android 2.1 device, with that back-panel touchpad. So, while free may have been better, $75 isn’t too bad, either. Anyone out there going to start forming a line when the time comes? Or are you waiting for something else?
