Remember when SlashGear stipulated that, based on a mysterious Dell pres release, the Dell Streak (previously known as the Mini 5) could be heading to O2 Telefonica soon? Well, looks like they were right. Thanks to Dell’s CEO, we’ve now got confirmation that the mini-tablet is very near official release, and we know where it’s going, too.

So, are you still interested in a tablet measuring in at 5-inches? After all, there’s a 4.3-inch device hitting shelves soon, too. If you are, then hopefully you’ll find yourself over the pond starting next month, so you can grab a contract with O2 Telefonica. Either that, or you can wait until “later this summer with our pretty good partner here in the United States, AT&T.” So, patience pays off in the end, right?
