We’re guessing that ZTE USA must be really doing great in the country. It’s no. 2 in the no-contract market and the fourth biggest supplier of smartphones in the US at the moment according to Strategy Analytics. We believe that because why else would the brand launch phones left and right if it’s not selling. Two new models are being added to the long list of Axon phones: the Axon and the Axon Pro. Well, they’re not exactly new but simply upgraded models with better specs and features now.
Instead of the Axon Mini, the flagship Axon arrives with the 64GB Axon Pro. These two are actually just upgrades of the phones released last August. The phone’s screen size and dimensions did not change but ZTE listened well and responded to the feedback of early customers.
The new Axon is now $329.98 while the Axon Pro 64GB variant is $449.98. There’s also the 32GB Axon Pro available at a much lower price of $399.98. As with the previous Axon phones, you can avail of these models from Newegg, eBay, and Amazon. These Android phones are unlocked so it’s up to you if you will get a prepaid or postpaid plan from AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or from any of those prepaid mobile carriers or mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs). Phones are available in three color variants: Phthalo Blue, Chromium Silver, and Ion Gold.
Special features of the Axon and Axon Pro include high-fidelity audio, premium metal build, glass casing, and quad HD display for an enjoyable viewing experience. Each phone comes with a pair of JBL E13 in-ear headphones.
