One of the first carriers to officially unbox the latest flagship phablet from Samsung is Verizon. But instead of just a simple pair of hands showing off the Galaxy Note 7, the unboxing video that they released featured a doodle, of all things, to explore the various features and capabilities of the new device. The result is a pretty cute and amusing way to find out more about the phablet, though we’re not sure if it will contribute to your decision to buy Samsung’s newest device.

But the Galaxy Note 7’s features should be enough to capture people’s interest, and Verizon’s doodle walks us through what makes this different. First off, of course, is the enhanced S Pen, which is responsible for creating the doodle in the first place. It has an improved pen tip, lock screen memo creation, and a side button eraser to make it more convenient to erase things. It would have been nicer if the doodle showed us all that, but all he did was get four pieces of hair from the S Pen.

The other feature that is most appealing about the Galaxy Note 7 is of course the iris scanner, and the doodle shows it off in a rather gross way by removing its eye and using it to unlock the phone. Good news is you don’t need to actually remove your eye to use the iris scanner. The dual edge screen and the crystal clear curved display makes this phablet more attractive. But probably for those who are almost always near water or are clumsy around liquids, the most attractive aspect about this phone is that it is water-resistant.

It is already available for pre-ordering on Verizon and it will cost you $864 for the retail price. It will be $36 per month for 2 years, and you can choose from a Gear Fit 2 or a 256GB microSD card as your freebie. They will start shipping the Galaxy Note 7 by August 19.
