Verizon Wireless has been on a roll the past week or two, and things won’t be slowing down anytime soon this month as they prepare to launch multiple top-tier smartphones. After finally dropping the sign-up page for the HTC One this week, we’re also now seeing the same arrive for the new LG G2 smartphone, which should hit Verizon later this month or early September.

Earlier this month the folks from LG announced their new 5.2-inch unconventional smartphone, the LG G2. Confirming the new handset would arrive on the four major US carriers within the next month or so, and then continue on to hit nearly 100 carriers globally within the next 90 days.

So at this point there really isn’t anything new here, aside from the fact that Verizon is once again confirming they’ll carry the device and it will have wireless charging. However, they’ve beat the others with a sign up page, and the G2 will also hit T-Mobile, Sprint, and AT&T. We’re just not exactly sure when. Oh and Verizon, fix your image, the buttons don’t actually look like that. Get it right!

With a full 1080p IPS display coming in at 5.2-inches and being the brightest screen available, all inside an ultra-sleek device that was so thin they moved the buttons to the back. Add in a 13 megapixel first of its kind optical image stabilizer you’ll be snapping photos with ease too. That all runs on Verizon 4G LTE and a fast 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor.

The device is pretty impressive so far, at least from our hands-on time with it, and if you’re interested in snagging it from Verizon Wireless the sign up page link below will get you the details once they’re available. Who’s interested? We have Moto DROIDs, Moto X, HTC One, and LG G2 all coming in the next 30 days or so from Verizon. The choices are finally getting good!

VIA: Verizon
