We all know that Verizon currently has plans to release it’s new LTE 4G network to 38 cities by the end of the year. A fact sheet just recently released to the web compares Verizon’s LTE upcoming network with Sprint’s “Ultra-Fast” WiMax network. Verizon’s network is truly going to be ultra fast, so far as blowing Sprint’s network out of the water when comparing speed.

This is going to be one of the best 4G networks in the US with speeds pegged at 5-12 Mbps Downlink, and 2-4 Mbps Uplink.

Now it’s only a matter of time until we get a true 4G device lineup. We’re expected to see many new handsets and tablets at this year’s CES in January. Until then we will have to settle with the few options we have for the upcoming network.
