Who’s excited for the next Star Wars movies? We shouldn’t be asking that question because we know the answer. It’s only a matter of how soon you will forget about the hype after you’re done watching the next movie instalment. When you’re going to stop talking about it, it will be definitely be a challenge. We know like you, other companies will take advantage of this season and jump on the bandwagon once again.

One of the first to market ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ is Uber. The latter partnered with Disney to turn the app into a Star Wars experience. Special access to video content will be included inside the app. You can choose to test the Rogue One theme but you can always opt out of it.

Special Rogue One features new vehicle images to replace the regular graphics. This gimmick will not only be available in the United States but in over a hundred cities all over the world. Starting December 12, you will see Star Wars on your Uber app until the 18th.

Make sure you have the latest version of Uber. Download or update the app, launch, and then choose “Activate” on the ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ card. No, you won’t be taken to the galaxy far, far away but only to your usual destination. This time though, aboard those iconic starships, at least, as a concept.

The best time to enable this Star Wars feature is on your way to the movie house when you’re about to see Rogue One.
