Temple Run 2 ‘Frozen Shadow’ launches on Google Play Store

Temple Run 2 is still running. Yup, the popular endless runner game that inspired a lot of similar games is still a widely-played action game. Just when you thought that there’s no way you can make it better, Imangi Studios managed to give it a little update. It’s more of freezing update in the form of a world expansion called “Frozen Shadows”–the biggest yet from the developer.

Temple Run 2 ‘Frozen Shadows’ is released just in time for the winter season. In some parts of the world where it’s not snowing, you can play this game and imagine yourself as the character–freezing and running in an icy adventure. Scarlett Fox and Guy Dangerous are still trying to run away from the numerous Demon Monkeys. Since the path is all wet and slippery, you need to wear your snow boots and be ready to run fast and slide in this new action journey.

This is totally a new Temple Run game challenging you to run endlessly and surf through ice tunnels located on giant Demon Monkey skull. As usual, there are a lot of deadly obstacles to pass through. The game will challenge your coordination skills and test your speed in tilting or swiping action through the screen.

Frozen Shadows is actually just the first world expansion Imangi Studios is planning for Temple Run. Co-founder Keith Shepherd said, “Frozen Shadows gives Temple Run 2 fans an entirely new terrain to explore, and a new twist on the gameplay with the ice luge”. This means the developers still have more plans for the game series.

You won’t just run, jump, slip, and slide in Frozen Shadows. The genius team behind the game added new stunts, as well as, new winter costumes, artifacts, and even a new Demon Monkey.
