The Binge On program may be facing a lot of criticisms but the service is still on. T-Mobile has even added more streaming services to the current lineup so customers will have more choices for entertainment. As promised as few weeks ago, the Binge On now includes several services to the list of those that can stream without using the high-speed data of subscribers.  YouTube is finally included. Over 50 video services can now be streamed for free if you are using Binge On.

In line with this, the mobile carrier is adding more options for optimization to current video content providers. These service providers can choose to have their videos stream at whatever resolution they want even Ultra HD. Of course, once the higher resolution is applied, the high-speed data of customers will be used.

Binge On has only been around for over four months but it has made a lot of T-Mobile customers happy. Data throttling or not, people are happy that they can watch videos on their mobile connection for free. Since its launch, about 70% of T-Mobile customers are taking advantage of Binge On. As more people are demanding for reliable video services, T-Mobile is glad to provide affordable solution.

This Un-Carrier move is still one to be remembered and. More people are streaming videos and watching more hours because of the Binge On offer. Since November, about 57 petabytes (57 million GB) have already been streamed without relying on the high-speed data of the customers. We already noted that it has increased video viewership. T-Mobile proudly shared that one video content provider saw a 90% increase in the number of active viewers and viewership.
