Sony is officially scheduled to unveil new products at next month’s CES event. The consumer tech event happening in January in Las Vegas, Nevada will be host to dozens of brands who want to show off their latest inventions and innovations. As early as now, we’re hearing which companies will be launching new products. So far, we know Xiaomi, ASUS, NVIDIA, and Sony.

Sony has just announced that it will hold a CES Press Conference on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 5PM. Event will happen at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Everyone is enjoined to visit Sony’s Booth 17300. If you can’t be there, you can watch the live webcast on Ustream.tv/sony.

We have no idea what Sony will be unveiling except for this new smartphone that was recently leaked. The image posted above is of a mobile device said to have a 5-inch screen, USB-C, and with 145 x 66.8 x 7.99mm as dimensions. This phone is believed to be a follow-up to the Sony Xperia XA.

The design reminds us of any Xperia phones with the boxy design and huge bezels. We’re curious to know if this one will be the next premium flagship phone or just another mid-range offering. We’ll see.
