The Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge are considered as two super smartphones these days, earning positive feedbacks and good reviews left and right. However, these phones are not perfect and are still prone to bugs and errors. Apparently, some Galaxy S6/S6 edge owners have reported experiencing some errors like the notification toggles disappearing.

Going to the Quick settings menu, some phone users are saying that some toggles particularly for private mode, mobile hotspots, and mobile data can’t be found or are missing. It’s a new bug which could be something delivered together by the recently released Android 5.1.1 update for the said flagship models.

Such bug can be very frustrating because the toggles are important. Disappearing toggles without any cause is not acceptable but according to Samsung Mobile Arabia, Samsung is already fixing the issue. Any Galaxy S6/S6 edge owner is advised to backup data and format handsets at once. Fortunately, some who have previously experienced the bug have reported the same missing toggles are back after troubleshooting or a simple hard reset.

Let’s wait and see for Samsung or any mobile carrier to release an official fix. Note that this bug was not around before the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop for the Galaxy S6/S6 update. You can say it’s a minor issue but one that can be very frustrating.
