Malaysia is set to receive the latest Galaxy Note 7 from Samsung but because of some pressing issues, one of which is limited supply, launch has been delayed. Samsung had to reschedule release in the country to be able to deliver to more consumers. The phablet is supposed to be available this coming August 19 but launch has been moved to September.

No mention exactly when in September but Samsung has to fulfill its promise. Pre-order is now open and those who already purchased for their Note 7 will still receive their orders. Others who are planning on getting one starting today may have to wait for a while before your Note 7 will arrive.

If you’re in Malaysia, you can get the smartphone from several retailers like Digi, Maxis, Celcome, U Mobile, Senheng, Courts, and Yes. Don’t worry if you’ve already placed your pre-orders as the South Korean tech giant will honor them. If you haven’t, just try to pre-order and hope that Samsung will perform some miracle.

September isn’t too far away but we understand the frustration. Delayed launches can be a turn off but we’ll forgive Samsung in this case. One delay is enough. Just don’t announce another round lest they want to lose customers and see numbers go down.
