The app is where Samsung device owners and users can request for customer support and service including a live chat, video chat, device diagnostics, tips and tricks, and take advantage of the new Samsung Assist feature.

The updated Samsung+ brings live support so every customer can be assisted whether through text, phone, or video chat. If you need trouble shooting, you can just contact any Samsung representative to help. There’s also the new Samsung Assist feature that lets a legit customer service representative to work on your device remotely. No need to bring your device to an authorized repair center because a Samsung Assist agent can access your smartphone and see if there’s anything that can be done to fix an issue.

Samsung+ is presently available on Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge but official app updates will be released by carriers so other devices can have it.
