For those always looking for a better Twitter client than the stock option, Robird is one of our favorite and today they’ve just added a few nice additions. Twitter has done a good job with their official app, but many still return to Carbon, Falcon Pro, or others, and you should check out Robird.
Robird, which we’ve covered a few times in the past, is a great alternative worth checking out and has tons of features. While not quite as full as some options, it’s very simply, clean, and smooth. Today they’ve added a few UI tweaks that will only improve the experience too.
For one, Robird now has a pull-to-refresh for your timeline. One which is quite similar to the new design Google has implemented in a few of their apps like Gmail. They already feature push notifications and tons of other goodies too, so this is just one more to add to the list.
We also have a new theme. Light, dark, and now black for AMOLED screens. Then a much requested feature is adding certain Twitter users to your list, like a column just for specific users. Then they also detail in the changelog “replies for tweets” but we’re not sure what that’s about. The new version just hit the Play Store, so grab it and enjoy.
